My standard rose tree snapped in half, the whole top came off, can I fix this?

Hi Penny,

If it came off in two separate pieces, there is nothing you can do.  

If there was any of the bark holding the two pieces you can put the pieces together and wrap with strong tape.  Then stake the trunk; attaching it several ways along the stake. It should heal itself over time.
