How can get rid of the white stains on my roses leafs,I jus planted on my ground but they are cover of white water spots.. please help me

Hello Blanca,

Are the spots from water splashing the dirt up on the leaves?  When you water, put the source of the water at the base of the plant and try to keep the water off the leaves.  A good straw mulch will keep the water from splashing as well.
