  May I know what's the name of this orchid and how do I care for it? ( I'm from Singapore)

Alfredo, while I can't tell you the name of this species or hybrid, it is likely related to oncidiums. Many hybrids in this group can appear similar to one or another of the species parents. Most of these are warm growers. Grow in a well drained container. Limit watering to mainly misting until a new growth appears (probably late winter) and then water and feed to promote the new growth.
