Question
i have a ivy plant that was given to me by my mother. it has grown alot now i've started to weave like braiding legs in pairs of two. is that bad will they choke eachother. i put the plant in a new pot about 6 months a go and its been growing pretty rapidly. i always feed it once a week about 2 cups of water and dust it off as well.

Answer
Hi Jaime,

No, the braided ivies will not choke each other. Ivies are very commonly used to make topiaries by entwining the stems around wire frames or forms.

As long as your ivies are thriving, I suggest that you continue to provide the same care that you have in the past.

Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any additional questions.
