I recived a sheeps ear plant for valentines day I would like to know how to take care of it.

Hi Irene,

We have an identity problem here because that is not the correct name for your plant. There is a plant commonly called lamb's ear. However even that plant is not used as an indoor potted plant.

Apparently you have a different plant that someone has chosen to call sheeps ear, but is not generally recognized by that name.

If you can e-mail a photo to me at the address below, I can probably ID it for you and then tell you how to care for it.
