Question
I have several trees 18 ft tall that are drying out from the bottom up to about seven ft high.  here in southern california, we have had heavy rains this winter and up to late march.  any suggestions on the problem?

My expertise is limited to plants that are potted and grown indoors in a controlled environment. Thus, I am reluctant to comment on what has happened to yours. I suggest that you check with a local landscape company that is familiar with your climate and how it may have affected your trees.
