Answer
Carol,

No plants should be in pots without drainage holes. It meakes it nearly impossible to not overwater them. The mold indicates that the soil does not have enough oxygen in it. Either it is poor soil without enough perlite or the plants are overwaterd. I sugggest that you get plastic pots that will fit inside your decorative pots that don't have holes. Then when you have problems you can remove them from the decorative pot and see if they are too wet and allow them to drain over night. I would get an extra bag of perlite and carefully remove the plants from the pots and carefully remove soil, mix it 50/50 with perlite and repot. I suspect you will find the soil a lot wetter than you think. If so consider the plastic pot suggestion. Good luck.
