Question
I have a problem with my Jade plant.  It is in a 12 inch pot and is about 2 feet tall.  It is not looking very healthy this past week and loosing a lot of its leaves.

What can I do to save it?

What changed to cause it to loose a lot of leaves? How long have you owned it? Where is it sitting and how much light does it get? Did you move it? Did you recently repot it? A 12" pot is a huge pot for a jade unles it is a huge jade! How often do you water it?

Off the top of my head I would say to move it to a brighter location and cut back on the water but if you answer my questions I will try to help you more.
