Question
My friend has a peace lily that is brown at leaf tips and possibly has aphids or psyllid.  I think it is getting too much water & not enough humidity.  It is also getting cold drafts in a bay window where the sun is.  Diagnosis?  Thank you very much

To give you a proper diagnosis I need better information from you.

Can you describe the pests that are on the peace lily - color, size, shape, concentration, etc.?

Does the plant exhibit any symptoms other than brown leaf tips? How extensive are the leaf tips - all leaves or only lower leaves? just the last half-inch of the tips or more than that?

What exposure does the window have?

Has the plant been recently repotted?

What is your friend's watering routine? Why do you think it is getting too much water?

I am sorry about all the questions, but I have to have good information to give you an accurate answer.
