Shamrock plant dead?

Question

Shamrock plant that is
Hi - I  just bought a shamrock plant right after St. Patrick's day. It has been doing really well. The leaves open during the day and close at night. I water it about once per week. I decided to repot it this afternoon because the soil looked like it was coming away from the pot. I just got done re-potting it and now not even 30 min later - it looks dead. The leaves are closed and the stems are heavy and resting on the sides of the pot. Usually they are standing straight up and look healthy. I don't know if I killed it or what. How do I get it back?

Answer
It is absolutely not dead, there are a couple theories and I thank you for the picture I can't tell you how much work you saved me! Anyway the shamrock may be in shock and nothing will help it except maybe watering it a little by little through out the day. And make sure it is always in the same temp and the same place. It could also be normal the roots could simply not be strong enough to hold it up! Be sure that the soil is packed down very tight. It may also help to tie a bunch of twist ties together and put it around the leafs, you could also use yarn, just round up all of the leafs and put the yarn over the leafs so that the leafs are all together. Then you will need to hold them upright, so get 4-6 sticks and place them in the soil so that all of the leafs stay upright, and don't fall over. I assure you it is not dead but is in shock and could die if you aren't careful. I recommend taking it inside of your house so, you can keep the temperature about the same!
Best Wishes,
Samuel
P.S., Shamrocks thrive on lots of sunlight, but not all day put the plant in East or South window.

If I may ask, is you name Karen M. Sunnenberg
