Hello,
 I have been given a corn stalk plant and was wondering if it is poisonous. I have a cat that sometimes likes to chew on plants and wanted to know if the plant was safe for her to be around. Thank you.

Hi Jill,

This is a question that is more about pets than plants. However, according to the ASPCA, the Corn Plant is toxic to both cats and dogs. Here is a link to the ASPCA site that provides greater detail:
