Question
I have been searching for a true Christmas Cactus. Schlumbergera x buckleyi that is round instead of flat.  I found a picture of my grandmother and her true Christmas cactus but she has been gone for several years and no one in the family remembers what happened to it.  If anyone knows where I can get one I would appreciate hearing from you.  I have also e-mail the link on the similar post from http://www.bobsmoleys.com/index.html but have not heard back.

You can get Schlumbergera Christmas cactus at the following site: They have several hybrid varieties so I would call the an ask if they have your original Schlumbergera x buckleyi.

I have purchased plants from them and they are very reliable.

I have a large old Schlumbergera x buckleyi but I have not taken any cuttings of it in the last couple of years. I would be happy to get some cuttings going in the spring but you would have to pay the postage from northern Indiana. E-mail me in March if you are still looking and I will get some going for you.
