I have heard that taking silica can improve hair growth and speed up the process. Is this true? If not are there any other herbs or vitamins that I can take to help my hair grow faster?

Silica can improve hair and nail growth. Horsetail has a very high silica content and is beneficial for this purpose. I have recently make Horsetail available from my website at http://www.grannyherb.com/
