drying fresh herbs

Question
I have a large and very healthy parsley plant and would like to dry the leaves and use them this winter.  What is the best way to dry parsley?  What is the best way to store the dried parsley?  Can I dry the leaves in the oven or Microwave?  I've tried hanging a bunch upside down but they get dusty and , at times, mildewed. Thank you

Answer
Barbara:
This is my favorite drying herb. I place the fresh leaves with or without stems, in a brown paper bag to dry. Hang any where it can receive dry air and shake the bag for about 30 seconds once a week. When the leaves become dry and crisp, place into a blender and blend. Place parsley into jars and place out of the sunlight. The Italian pasley does better than the curled and it has the strongest flavor.
