Bugs eating basil

Question
I have two pots of basil on my porch (screened in 3rd floor balcony). This is the 4th year I've done it and never had any problems--other than what to do with so much! Suddenly, tiny flying bugs are chowing down on them! One pot is much worse than the other. The bugs are not on any of  my other plants (jade, Christmas cactus, Hawaiian Ti). I've attempted a photo. I have just sprayed both pots down with a mild soap solution. Any ideas for me and my basil buddies?

Answer
Rosemary:
I have a home made spray that I use sometime. 1 qt. of water,1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of mild soap to make it stick. Use on 1 branch and check it often for burning. If so, dilute and try again. Do this every 3 days. Good luck!!
