hi, i've bought a lavandula angustifolia seeds. and i want to ask is the climates in indonesia suitable to plant this lavandula angustifolia? and how to care this plant so that it could suit to the tropical climates.

Lavandula angustifolia is considered hardy in zones 5 - 9.  It appears that Indonesia is zone 11 so growing L. angustifolia outdoors may be difficult.  You could try some outdoors and also grow some indoors and see how well each grows.  When planting outdoors I would grow in a raised bed with well-drained soil where there is good air circulation. I have not been to Indonesia but I imagine the combination of heat and humidity may be hard on your lavender plants.  Since you are growing from seed I think it would be a good experiment to see whether you can get some to survive outdoors as well as indoors.   I would be interested to know what happens.
