Nepenthes in the NW

Question
I am newer to nepenthes, I have all kinds of other
carnivorous plants that do well and I keep them in my west
or south windows. I am wondering if you could gie me 2 or 3
kinds of nepenthes that do well in the Pacific northwest. I
am pretty sure you guys are in Southern Oregon which is
pretty close to Seattle where I live. Thanks for your
help........Scott Clark

Answer
Hi Scott,

Many of the Nepenthes that are listed on our website will grow well for you.  We try to select plants that grow best as houseplants. The description of each plant will also tell you if it's a good one for first-time growers or if it's best for the experienced collector.  Here are a few examples of plants that would grow well for you:
Nepenthes sanguinea
Nepenthes ventricosa
Nepenthes truncata
Nepenthes Miranda
Nepenthes Deroose Alata

For information about growing Nepenthes, read our care sheets:

Good growing!
