Hi I recently recived from you guys, after a few does I saw it produced a flower stalk. My question is if I should
Leave it or if I should cut it off also if this was caused by stress from shipping.

Hi Long,

Unless you have another Nepenthes of the opposite gender you would like to use to produce seeds, there's no point in keeping the flower.  Cut it off.  They aren't all that pretty, and they stink.
