Question
Hello Jeff, sorry I keep "bugging" you about pesticides.  Take a look at this. http://www.planetnatural.com/product/pure-neem-oil/
I would assume this is ok mixed as said.  But, I would assume not to use any soap right?  I just do the water and the neem??

Hi Jason,

In looking at this product it says it has "insecticidal properties", but it's not really a formulation for killing bugs.  Those tend to be a bit different containing higher amounts of azadirachtin extract to kill insects.  This one is mostly a leaf polish, and products that are specifically insecticidal/fungicidal say so.  Also because it is a pure oil, it probably wouldn't work without the soap.  Sorry. :(
