Poison bugs

Question
Do I have to worry about my plants eating poison spiders or wasps?

Answer
Hi Jason,

Not really.  The venoms that stinging insects and spiders use is toxic to animals and not plants.  Also, since many carnivorous plants use enzymes to digest the insects those same enzymes would digest the proteins that are part of venom.

Good Growing!
