Question
Dear sirs,
About one year ago I bought a small nepenthes truncata from your store. It has since been growing well and has a total diameter of approximately five inches. I have not repotted it since I received it, and I was wondering if I should. When should I repot my nepenthes into a bigger pot? Is now a good time of the year?

   Thanks in advance

Answer
Hi Jason,

If you're plant is still in a 3" pot, it's definitely time to transplant.  Now is a great time to transplant.  Move it up to about and 8" pot.  Nepenthes truncata gets very big, so giving your plant some room is great.  Use a very open soil media.  Here's more information: http://www.growcarnivorousplants.com/Articles.asp?ID=266

Good Growing!
