Help! My vines have scale. I have been fighing this for 2 years, and I am losing the battle. Can you recommend treatment, I live in Chicago area.

Go to Home Depot and buy Bayer Advanced Tree and Shrub Insecticide.  It is mixed with water and poured around the base of the plants.  It is taken up systemically and will kill the scale within a week to 10 days.  It also provides protection from reinfestation for up to a year.  This should work well for you.  Good Luck.
