Question
I have some crepe myrtle plants in my parkway.  2 of them are very healthy, but one is sick looking.  It has not leafed out fully and all the leaves that have come out are a reddish yellow color, not the dark green of the other plants. I've checked the watering and all 3 are watered the same amount.

Can you send pictures?  There may be an inconspicuous disease caused by a mycoplasma that is not terminal but causes small leaves and dwarfing.  If you can, please send to [email protected] with the subject line of All Experts so it wont get deleted.  Thanks.
