my clementis is dying there are black spot throughout the vines and leaves.  What do i treated with before i loose them all! Help need something right away

My clematis does the same thing.  I have not had success at all.  Clematis require cool, moist root systems while being in the full sun.  Try mulching the base of the plant with pine bark or hardwood mulch. Keep them watred adequately, but not too much.  The brown spots may be fungus, but I would try the mulch function first.  See if this helps some. Let me know if this doesnt work and we will go in a different direction.  Good Luck.
