Question
My grapefruit tree has small webs between its branches with tiny light dots inside. What is it and how can I treat it? Sometimes the leaves get covered too.

Hi Rosemary... I think what you may have is called psocids and it may be spelled wrong.  They actually clean the tree for you.  I had them in ours many years ago and found out they were good bugs.  I have never seen any other type of web form on citrus and my tree was also a grapefruit.  So if no bugs hatch, which I do not believe they will, let them keep busy cleaning your tree.  Happy New Year  kathy
