hi have lemon tree plenty of lemons lately lemons are growing more rounder in shape & some are deformed ( 3 or 4 lemons growing inside 1 ) any ideas what I am doing wrong would be app thanks

I don't recognize these symptoms being associated with an infectious disease nor insect.  These types of "deformities" can sometimes be caused by a genetic issue or even an unfavorable environment during fruit maturation in the early stages of development.  If the plant appears healthy otherwise, this abnormality may be inconsequential.
