Question
We live on a couple of acreas, and there is a Red Fox that has burrowed and made a den in the "side" of our Mound Septic Field!
How do we get rid of him/it?  We are not hunters or trappers!!  We really don't want to have it shot ~ we just want it gone!!

If you don't want to hurt it why is the fox a problem? Do you think the hole will somehow harm the septic field?

If the fox is a big deal, then simply harass it by covering the hole each day with loose dirt not heavy enough to entrap young.
