Question
I have a couple of questions.  What kind of fertilizer will help the grass to fill in thickly?  Can we fertilize with it this time of year, we live in Washington state and it is VERY rainy now.  Also, have 2 large dogs.  Is there anything we can use to help decompose dog poo?

I sugest you to use slow release NPK complex 14:14:14 or similar to it. Nitrogen based fertilizer like urea can decompose your dog's poo but it will smell like hell in open but if you can burry it that will be good for you.
