sugar fertilizing

Charlotte, I have a very sad, spindly looking hydrangea bush that keeps getting attacked by morning glory. I just read about sugar fertilizing to get rid of the morning glory, will the sugared soil help my hydrangea as well?

Sure it will.
Keep thosde mincrobes healthy and they omprove the soil, and thatjhelps everything, except the weeds.
