Around 20 companies were granted licenses to sell Corn Gluten Meal as an herbicide.  One option for anyone to do is to print this list:

and look for one of their products on the shelf at the garden center.  As you'll see these are sold nationally.

Here is the list for Blue Seal Feeds customers in your region.  They sell it as an ingredient in their Safe 'N Simple Pre-Emergent Weed Control 9-0-0, but you must call the garden centers first to make sure they stock that specific product right now:
