I have a flower bed that gets too much water and is moist...is there a flowering ground cover that would appreciate this situation ??  Thank You

Go to   www.garden.org
That is the ite for the National Gardening Association.
Put ground covers in their search, and you can get the pictures of and growing conditions for many many groundcovers, with information about which zones they are suited to.
