birds

Question
ok, so i'm a new home owner and i'm trying to read up as much as i can on lawns but i have a horrible problem with birds. i get as many as 50 birds at a time on my front and back lawn. i know that it's something going on with my lawn cause there aren't any, none, on my neighbors lawns. i will be the first, but not the only one, to tell you that my lawn needs a lot of work! the front is completely over grown with creeping clovers and just looks horrible. the back on the other hand is in better condition. i have been reseeding with winter rye. by the way i'm writing from bakersfield, ca just incase you need to know weather conditions. any suggestions are much appreciated.

Answer
Hi David
Please watch carefully birds in your lawn I hope they are feeding themselves with some soil borne insects or worms. If its so then I will recommenced you to use insecticide based fertilizers specially designed for this kind of problems.Scott is a good company, check if it's available. This will resolve your issue completely.
Your queries are always welcome
