Below are my questions :

1) How to set-up a bedding for plant or shrub.
Please advise me on how to align, making contour for a big garden and small garden. What equipment to use. If possible, a simple sketch will help me so much.

When I first started my first garden I went to the public library and picked up about 10 gardening books. Start out with the informative ones about starting a garden,soil compatibility,your particular climate,plants that you can grow in your particular climate and gardening design.
A little research goes a long way. Also go to www.google.com and type in a direct search for "starting a garden". It should come up with thousands of links to get you started.Make sure you have a good working camera to take photos of all angles of your garden space.Just take it slow and step by step.Good Luck to you!
