I keep blowing the fuse when the irrigation system goes to zone 5.  Any ideas on what may be wrong?

Thanks for your question.
It probably means the #5 solenoid is bad. You will need to locate the valve and disconnect the wires from it. Then try the controller again. It should work without blowing the fuse.
You then need to replace the solenoid.
