Brown spots on leaves and blossoms turning brown on peppers

Question
I am in Phoenix, AZ....I planted 8 pepper plants in containers about a month ago.  They did great for a couple of weeks and then half of them seemed to be wilting and leaves has a large number of brown spots and the blossoms were turning brown and dying.  They are getting watered well once a day.  I just repotted some of them to give them more room to grow.  I can't seem to find anything that tells me what to do about this.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Answer
Your plants most likely were attacted at the roots which caused the wilting. The brown spots are probably a result of the wilt. Pepper plants can be suseptable to nemitods. Did the roots have a lot of white material around them?

You did the correct thing in changing the potting soil and pots however, they may be to far along to save. The shock of transplanting at this age will also take it's tool.

Use a good organic fertilizer and water about every 3 days. Lets see what happens.

Best wishes.
