Hi, i have bought some fertilizer from a hardware store and it's 20-20-20. i was wondering before using it if this would benefit me any. I currently have a rain barrel and find that it works great instead of the town water plz help

That's way too much nitrogen for tomatoes. If you want to use it dilute it 2-4 times what the package calls for. And the rain barrel is a great idea, if you run out of rainwater you can fill it up with city water and let it sit for a few days, that gets rid of most of the chlorine.
