How can  I tell which flowers are male or female on the spaghetti squash plant? The flowers keep falling off.

Not sure how to check the gender. You may have a common problem called blossom drop which is normally caused by a plant deficiency. Ask your local nursery to give you a spray for those. Sometimes a good hormone spray will do the job.
