AnswerAssuming you are using silk flowers, as poinsettias are not suitable for cut flower work; I would also incorporate red berries, white berries, gold and or silver twigs. I would not necessarily add other flowers. If you were to use only red poinsettias, then the introduction of white through another bloom like Calla Lily would be lovely.
