I purchased a Red Escargot Geranium from the Chelsea Flower Show, could you tell me if this plant flowers or foilage

I have heard of the Escargot Begonia, but I haven't heard of a geranium by that name.
I can tell you that all geraniums bloom. I would guess by the name, that it has a red flower.
It sounds like you found an unusual plant. It will be fun for you to see how it develops.
