The Alnwick Rose

Tidy plant growing 3 ft. tall with a 3-foot spread. A pleasing progression of deep pink buds gradually open to present a lovely light pink, old-fashioned-shaped blossom with a subtle deeper pink halo. The blossoms have up to 50 petals with a strong old rose and raspberry fragrance. Good disease resistance. Named after Alnwick Castle -- the home of a fabulous new rose garden and where some of the Harry Potter movies were filmed.
