We are really excited about selling bike rims.  Buffalo Blue Bike brought over a stack that they could not repair.  Instead of throwing them in a landfill, why not get creative and repurpose?  We arranged some into a fun trellis!  We know a member/owner who will be growing hops over a creatively designed bike wheel trellis this summer.  Others are using them horizontally for plants to grow up through.  How about mounted on a center post going from big to small as you go up?  Some vine would love to make a home on that…. or maybe you want to support some beans, or peas, or cucumbers!  Just a thought or two.  Send us your photos of how you re-used bike wheels in your garden.
