Workshop Policies

·         Registration prior to workshop is required to attend. The number of spots per workshop is based on the space where the workshop is presented, the topic, whether the workshop is hands on or lecture style, and the preference of the presenter. If workshop is full, a wait list will be started and those on the wait list will be called in order of registering when cancellations occur. Walk in participants will be declined entry to workshop if a wait list exists.

·         Participants are expected to arrive on time to the workshops.  The workshops will “close”  10 minutes after start time. Late participants will not be allowed entry past this point as it is a disruption to the presenter and other participants.

·         Some workshops (make and take, etc) have a fee. Payment of fee is required upon registration.

·         Photo Policy: By registering for Urban Roots education programs, I grant to Urban Roots the right to use my photograph, video and voice recordings or likeness, with or without my name, for publicity and educational purposes for Urban Roots. I hereby release any claims of copyright, libel, slander, violation of privacy or similar rights that I may have.
