Pick a Location

The first thing that you are going to have to do is choose the location for your small home vegetable garden. You want to be sure to choose a location in your yard that is going to receive lots of sunlight during the day. Plants usually need about five to six good hours of sunshine a day, as well as rainwater so ensure that the spot you choose is going to offer your plants both of these.
