Ants will be all over the place; especially during summertime. They just love summer! Whether it’s your kitchen counter, dining table, garden or lawn, there will be ants marching in a straight line or spread around and messing up the whole place.

• If you have an ant hill in your garden or backyard you can kill them by pouring tobacco water on them. You need to soak tobacco in water overnight then drain the water. Use this water to pour over ant hills.
• Make a highly concentrated soap water mixture and put them in a spray bottle. Spray this mixture on ants. Also fill up the ant holes with soap water. This will kill them instantly.
• You can pour boiling water on the ants. They will die at once.

All these methods are safe around pets and children. There are no harmful chemicals involved that will suffocate you and your family. This way you can kill ants without using any pesticides.

But the best way is to prevent ants coming into your house. You need to keep your house; especially the kitchen clean. Do not leave leftovers lying on the kitchen counter or dining tables.
