Why Are the Leaves on My Houseplant Turning Yellow?

Yellow leaves could be a sign of low light, underwatering, overwatering, insect damage, or the natural aging of individual leaves. If only a few leaves are affected, there may be nothing to worry about. If many are yellowing, examine the plant closely for possible insects, adjust watering levels, and/or move the plant to a brighter location.
