Garden Play Houses Are A Firm Investment

If you had a dad like mine you had many garden play houses when you were a kid. My dad built them himself. He was a general contractor so there was no way he was going to pay for a ready made play house. He even made one that looked like a locomotive engine. I still have a photograph of me sitting at the window of my wooden train with a big smile on my face.
If you build things like my dad used to then great. If not you are probably interested in store bought play houses for your children. By the way, is the video game controversy over? Have parents given up the battle to the video gamers? Video games are full of death and destruction. The more you kill and destroy the higher your score. Have parents simply waved the white flag over this issue?
Have parents surrendered to the video game manufacturers? Or have they no alternative to these games of killing and mayham? Give your children what they want, a chance to use their imagination. Do this and you will not have to wrest the video game out of their hands. Kids choose video games because no one is offering anything else to them. Change that.
A playhouse provides your kids the chance to own their own house. Your little girl can have her friends by for a tea party. Your son can have his own library of his favorite reads. He can have a desk where he might write his first short story. Today play houses come with roofs that do not leak. They have safety glass windows to keep out the bugs. For your kids there is a kid door in front and an adult door on the side for you to visit.
And talk about variety. Does your child want a Victorian style house or does she prefer a Cape Cod look. Or you can customize it to look like your real house.
Surprise, a play house offers your children pride of ownership. A video game cannot do this. A play house will aid him or her plan having his or her own real house someday. This is responsibility growing in your child. No video game builds responsible unless you talk about responsibility for killing on the video screen.
I was proud to invite my friends over to my play house. I was like my own home after all. What difference is there when you invite people to your home. Children are learning pride of ownership with their play houses. It is no different than what you feel with your home.
Video games are all about killing and destroying. Let no one fool you. These games are not good for kids. Children want a place they can call their own. They want a place they can play make pretend. They want a place they can invite their friends to. Garden play houses gives your kids a place they can enjoy, be proud of, and learn responsibility.
