Grub Control

Question
Hello Mr. Clark,
I'm not sure if you can help me or not. I have white grubs in my lawn. I've been told that I cannot do anything about them unitl July when I can spray for them. Is that true? Is there anything that I can do to minimize their damage between now and then? What and when is the most effective way/time to eliminate them. Is there anything that I can do on a regular basis to keep them from returning once I have gotten rid of them. I moved some soil from the front lawn to a flowerbed in the back, will the grubs damage any of the flowers, shrubs or maiden grass there? Any advise that you could give me would be helpful. They can cause a lot of damage in a short period of time
Thank you
Maria

Answer
Hi Maria
yes its true you have to wait until july to treat them
effectively. however you may want to slow them down by applying some sevin that will slow them down. be careful useing it though exposure can make you sick, follow directions exactly   Good Luck  :-)
