Hello,
We collect and plant alot of acorns each year as a hobbie, im am just wondering if you could tell me the proper conditions in which to store acorns. i am from ireland and am talking in particular about sessile oaks

They just need a cool dry location to stay viable. You can store them in straw in your basement or garage as long as the temperature does not drop below freezing. Some people even store them in the back of their refrigerator in a sealed plastic container.
