Question
Last early spring (2004), here in central oklahoma, we planted a four foot colorado blue spruce.  This spring is looks a wee bit pale and the needles are a little stiff-er.  It does not seem to have grown either.  ARe there any hints for it's aide-before I possibly lose it?  It gets full sun and stands alone in a grassy area-

I am guessing that your tree is suffering from water stress that intially began last summer.  I would water well weekly and see if it comes out of it's funk.
