killing china berry tree and all the babies

We had to cut down a China Berry tree due to insect infestation. Now it won't stop growing out of any part of the root. I have sprayed Roundup on it several times, but I still get bunches of little trees coming up, some from visible roots and other from roots in the ground. What can I DO? Thanks!

Some tree due to their waxy leaf surface are not killed with Roundup. Try a herbicide called Garlon 4. This can be sprayed on the foliage or painted on a fresh stump and will kill the root system. be careful not to spray other vegetation with the Garlon 4 since it will kill most trees. Check with your local nursery for this herbicicde.
